A core belief of mine is that sharing stories is a source of power, growth, and change. Reading is one way we receive the stories of others. But where do you go for information on what stories you need to read?
I recently learned about a site called Shepherd.com that brings experts and readers together around topics and themes that matter to them. The idea is to create the magic and delight of the bookstore experience that is so often missing from online book shopping. When people who know a lot about a subject tell you directly what they love about a book, the sharing of enthusiasm is hard to resist!
If you’re here, you probably know that one of the main focuses of my work is on death and dying. Here is my list, published at Shepherd, of the five books you need to read because you know we’re all going to die. Each one means something special to me. Find out why by clicking on the image and visiting Shepherd, yourself!
